Known for his exceptional standards and vast technical expertise, Gordon brings a unique flair for design and has dedicated himself to sharing his knowledge with both designers and installers. With nearly 20 years at KBB, Allan’s expertise ensures every design is met with technical precision. His polite, approachable manner reassures clients throughout the process.

Lead Installer

Known for his smile and skill, Shaun (Steve’s son) joined KBB as an apprentice and is now a fully qualified installer. He consistently delivers top-quality work on every installation.

Owen

Installer

Owen (Simon’s son) joined as an apprentice and quickly became skilled in all aspects of kitchen and bedroom installations. Though young, his eye for detail and expertise impresses clients.

Innes

Installer

Innes (David’s son) joined as an apprentice and brings skill and tidiness to every project. Clients appreciate his commitment, with no task too challenging for him.

Steve

Warehouse Manager

Steve has been with KBB since the beginning over 30 years ago. He runs the warehouse and deliveries, knowing where every item is and ensuring installers have what they need.

Racheal

Head of Admininstration

Racheal (Gordon’s wife) joined KBB in 2011 and excels at connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and meticulously managing orders and updates throughout their project.

Administration

Fiona joined KBB in 2014, becoming essential to our administration team. A welcoming presence in the showroom, she enjoys caring for clients and ensuring they feel well looked after.

Housekeeping

Nicola keeps our showroom looking pristine every day. Known for her fantastic smile, she ensures every detail is spotless, creating a welcoming space for clients.

Social Media

Katy (Gordon and Racheal’s daughter) helps out with social media and content. You’ll probably see her in video tours of our client’s recently completed projects.

Alfie leads our “Meet & Greet” team, welcoming every visitor with his favourite squeaky toy. We know dogs aren’t for everyone – just let us know if you’d rather have your appointment Alfie-free.
